Fiona Gregory Psychotherapy in Esher

About Me. UKCP active image

I have been working in a therapeutic capacity since 2009, and am currently in the latter stages of a Masters degree in Person-Centred Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institue in London. I am a registered trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I also have regular supervision as defined by the UKCP. My UKCP membership number is 2011168462. Because I am still completing my Masters Degree I have trainee status.

I have extensive experience of supporting people who have experienced childhood trauma. I worked for ChildLine as a counsellor for many years and now also work with adults who have survived childhood trauma and are living with the impact of it. Alongside my private counselling practice in Esher, I also work as a psychotherapist for Mind in Kingston.

"The sessions stopped me sinking into the depths of further depression. There are still down days, but I am discovering hope, whereas before there was hopelessness. I've experienced an improved sense of mental health and this was actively reinforced through the therapy." - Client feedback

In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I also work as an Executive Coach. I help leaders and future leaders to develop resilience, enhance their performance at work, develop a more authentic leadership style, achieve significant promotions and successfully transition into more senior roles. I worked in the area of talent development and performance management for organisations such as EY, KPMG and PA Consulting Group for many years.
